Stretch Classes are back!

Feeling stiff, sore and tense? Can’t remember the last time you were able to touch yourtoes? Whether your aim is to increase your flexibility or become a full-blown “pretzel”, stretch therapy classes could be just the ticket.

The nitty gritty: About stretch therapy Stretch therapy classes, which use the method developed by Australian Kit Laughlin, is a safe, effective and extremely efficient way to reduce your excess tension and enhance flexibility and mobility. Flexibility also plays an integral part in physical and mental wellbeing, and stretching allows you to release muscular tension and get rid of common aches and pains associated with stress, age and too much desk time.   Stretch therapy benefits

  • Helping to teach you about your own patterns of tension and how to change them
  • Allowing you to gain a deeper insight to yourself
  • Loosening up your body
  • Enhancing your range of movement
  • Promoting graceful, efficient movement and a deep sense of ease

Stretch therapy also helps to relax the body and encourage a better night’s sleep. With regular stretch therapy, you’ll notice significant improvements in the way you move and feel.   Stretch therapy classes Stretch therapy classes can be very beneficial if you do Pilates or Yoga. Stretch therapy encourages the body to get into a variety of poses and positions, then designs specific techniques to loosen tightness. The class sizes are small, because the instructors want to be able to give you their full attention. This allows you to get the most out of every session.
